Frank J. Aruffo, Principal and Coach

Frank J. Aruffo brings more than 30 years of successful sales experience to Sales Evolution, having most recently spent 18 months as the Vice President of Business Development for Booth Bay Creative. Frank has been recognized as salesman of the year for three different companies: Nashua, Iomega and Compuware. His strong communication skills and open personality enable him to develop strong relationships with prospective clients. Frank specializes in new business development and has continuously demonstrated a high level of achievement.

Prior to joining Booth Bay Creative, Frank worked in the direct marketing industry at IBS Direct as a Senior Account Executive. He concentrated on new client acquisition for the company, and secured new accounts with his high level of professionalism and his drive to succeed. Before IBS, Frank spent five years in the wholesale financial business at Sovereign Bank, where he established more than 40 new mortgage broker accounts and finished in the top 15% in loan originations. He started his career working in sales in the IT industry, working for Compuware from 2000 to 2003, for Iomega from 1996 to 2000 and for Nashua Corporation from 1983 to 1994.

Frank enjoys coaching, reading and spending time with his wife, Susan, son Gregg and daughter Ashley.
